You
can see all the new Blackjack knives right here…the Blackjack
brand is back.
All
are top-quality blades, knives crafted to last, designed to cut.
We make superior cutting instruments, not wannabe gadgets or built-to-a-price
ordinary dull knives. The knives are more than razor-sharp out of
the box, hand-finished with full convex edges, which give you the
sharpest, longest lasting edge geometry there is, simple to maintain
and to restore.
If
you want genuinely modern high-tech belt knives, they are here.
If you want sturdy unobtrusive good-looking working companion knives,
we got ‘em. If you like the American Classic styles, we make
them. Small, medium, large, really big --- we got ‘em.
The knives in the best-designed production sheaths on the market.
And we offer nearly a dozen specialty sheaths as optional purchases.
Carrying a Blackjack knife is comfortable and safe --- and a lot
of the sheaths are quick, too.
No
gimmicks --- just performance And they are all Blackjack Sharp

Blackjack
Knives - Grunt £68.95
A
superior cutting instrument with 5 1/2 inch blade in AUS-8
steel, the Grunt carries very well. It is the second in
Knifeware’s new line of Blackjack practical-tactical
knives. Users say of the Grunt that it is “small enough
for deer and big enough for everything else.” Some
veteran backpackers find it nearly a substitute for much
bigger trail knives.
“Grunt
really is a superior cutting instrument,” Ken Warner,
its designer, says. “We got the shape right, the size
right, the geometry right, the sheath right --- all under
a hundred bucks.”
The
Grunt has a 5 ½-inch blade of AUS-8 steel at about
56-57Rc and weighs 10 ounces. Its long curved cutting edge
is convex-ground and provides lots of slicing belly curve.
The Kraton grip is molded over a full tang handle. The made-in-America
sheath, also a Warner design, offers three tie-down grommets,
a reinforced low-rise belt loop and a wipe-off safety strap.
“With
every knife we furnish simple instructions that teach users
how to strop their knives to keep them sharp….Blackjack
Sharp®. Our method works every time,” Warner says.
Pure
and simple, the Grunt is a carrying knife, a practical easy-care
companion. Shorter knives are useful, too, but nothing under
five inches can be called an all-around knife. That is why
there is a Blackjack Grunt.
