The base material for Ganzo 727M knife is D2 Carbon  steel. It is corrosion resistant, but it is rather hard (60 HRC) alloy which is widely used in production of  knives. The blade length reaches 8.9 cm and its thickness from the spine side is 3.5 cm. The knife is entirely smoothly sharpened that allows smooth and accurate cuts.

The handle of every Ganzo 727M knife is covered with straps from G10 fiber-glass plastic. This is a modern composite material with high wear resistance and ability to with stand exposure to many chemically active substances. Four colour options for handles are available to choose: black, green the handle surface is textured for firm handling.
