Helle NORDLYS FG 201671 12C27

The Nordlys FG (Flatgrind) is a very different sibling to the standard Nordlys. While the basic shape of the knife is the same, the FG version is very different. Not only does it have a much thinner blade with a flat grind which means it excels as a slicer rather than for heavier jobs, but it's also much lighter. In fact, the Nordlys FG weighs 67% more than the standard version, mainly due to the thinner stock and a skeletonized handle.
