Hippekniep Ice Beech

The Hippeknieps (goat knives) were once produced as robust working knives. Anyone holding one of the OTTER Hippeknieps in their hands today will recognise tradition and craftsmanship, but also precision in knife making. Woods scales  give the knife its charm.

with its Ice beech / spalted beech The plates and rivets are made of brass. The head rivet is ground flush with the grip shells.
