The gut opener blade makes opening and dressing large game easy, safe and fast. Cutting from the inside keeps the edge sharp for longer, the stubbed nose prevents damaging the inside of the animal and you reduce the risk of cutting yourself. The normal side of the blade is effective for skinning as well as general purpose cutting.
The 10cm blade and 8cm gut opener made from a solid piece of Sandvik 12C27 steel (HRC 58-59) that locks firmly into position and can be reversed easily with the click of a button.
