Brisa Chef 185 - Black Micarta

The Brisa Chef knife represents a cutting edge line with influences from the japanese Santoku. The handle in a lightly upward pointing direction feels balanced and comfortable. In stainless steel the blade is easy to maintain. 

The Chef does an excellent job slicing through delicate ribbon of basil as it does ploughing through a butternut squash. It literally glides through tomatoes with its sharp edge.
