This is  Heimo’s version of the ultimate multi- tool, A traditional carpenters knife made to get the job done whether  wood marking or whittling

The blade it’s self is a steel that Heimo perfected over many years (UHC) ultra high carbon, with its handle cut from finish Curly Birch heat treated and then coated with linseed oil to protect it and give good grip even with wet hands , it comes in a Dark vegetable tanned sheath made in Finland
