Hippeknieps (goat knives) or Sod Buster pattern were once made as robust working knives.
Anyone who holds one of the OTTER Hippeknieps in their hand today will recognise tradition and craftsmanship, but also the precision in knife making. Local plum wood give this pocket knife its charm. The plates and rivets are made of brass.
The head rivet is ground flush with the handle scales.
