White Grouse (Ptarmigan)

Karesuando  Blade is 10cm (4.2 inches) long, 2.1 cm wide and 3.2mm thick, it  is Razer Sharp and is made from high quality Sandvik 12C27 stainless

The blade is hardened to HRC 57 to balance ductility and brittleness also it enabling it to take an edge extremely well for a stainless steelin temperatures  of minus 40 degrees . It has been sharpened with a flat Scandinavian grind.
