Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with everything you buy from Moonraker Knives. We aim to offer good quality and value for money, so if anything isn't right, please let us know.

Sending something back

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, and we'll give you a refund or exchange it, whichever you'd prefer.

• Let us know first, by email to info@moonrakerknives.co.uk or by phone on 01747 830418, and give us your order number.
• Send it back unused and as new, in its original packaging with any maker's labels, with your order number or receipt.
• Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.

Please post it to: Moonraker Knives, Rectory Cottage, West Knoyle, Warminster, Wiltshire BA12 6AF.

Faulty items

If something you've bought from us turns out to be faulty, let us know as soon as you can. We'll refund your return postage, and exchange the item or give you a refund.

Refunds

We'll refund you within 14 days of getting the item back. If you tell us within 14 days of delivery that you're sending it back, we'll refund the original delivery charge as well. If something comes back used, sharpened or damaged, we may take something off the refund to cover the drop in its value.

If you paid by card, we'll refund the same card you paid with. If you paid through PayPal, we'll refund your PayPal account.

Age checks

It is against the law to sell knives or any bladed item to anyone under 18. Since April 2022 it has also been illegal to deliver a bladed item to a home address in the UK without age verification. So we check that every customer buying a bladed item is over 18 before we supply it, and the courier will ask to see ID on delivery to confirm the person receiving it is over 18. The same checks apply to anything we send out as an exchange.
