Ken Warner co-founded Blackjack Knives in 1987. They are fabricated, and hand finished to high standards, the use proven steels proven heat treatment and solid construction, using Convex geometry exclusively- no flat grinds ,no hollow grinds, no edges dubbed off. Convex edges staying any cut longer, regardless of blade profile. They stay sharp longer and are very simple to maintain.
