The Woodcarving Knife 106 (LC) is a classic whittling knife with an 85 mm laminated carbon steel blade. Its long, narrow, and pointed shape makes it suitable for most types of carving – a favorite among both new and experienced woodworkers. The barrel-shaped handle in oiled birch fits comfortably in the hand and provides good control with every cut.

The Woodcarving Knife 106 (LC) has an 85 mm blade and is a trusted tool among experienced carvers. The laminated carbon steel provides excellent toughness that withstands lateral stress. The oiled birch handle always sits right in the hand, and the full rat-tail tang offers strength and stability.        The barrel-shaped handle in oiled Scandinavian birch is designed for comfort, even during longer carving sessions. The knife comes with a plastic sheath.

  The 2.7 mm thick, 85 mm long blade is made of French laminated carbon steel (100CR6). A hard carbon core is laminated between softer outer layers, providing excellent edge retention and toughness. The blade reaches a hardness of 58.5 HRC and has a polished surface for rust protection. Always wipe and oil the blade after use.
